Where is my order?

We will send you an email to let you know when it’s on its way. If your order has not arrived by your delivery date indicated, please contact us and we’ll try to track it down for you

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the goods have not been dispatched. Please reply to your order confirmation or use our contact form. If your goods have not been dispatched your order will be cancelled and your card refunded.

How can I place an order for international delivery?

We deliver to international destinations including Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada Please note that all products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Local delivery services may also charge fees for processing the import duties. Please consider costs which may be applicable on arrival into the country, as we can’t be held responsible for these charges

Can I send my order to a different address in the UK?

Yes you can send your order to any UK address – just fill out the alternative address in the delivery address box

What is the returns, exchange and refunds policy?

It is the policy of avaj to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt to obtain a full refund the item(s) must be unworn and in original packaging you received the item(s) in. Should you wish to return your items after 14 days but before 28 days of receiving your order we are more than happy to exchange your items. We offer a 30 satisfaction guarantee on our skincare products, we take pride in creating the best possible skincare products if for any reason your not satisfied with your skincare products you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete, including electrical accessories and manuals where applicable.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Are my card details safe?

We don’t store your card details. Before entering your card details on our payment page, there are a few things you can look for to ensure the page is secure. A padlock image shows that your details are being collected securely using 128 bit SSL technology. If you can’t see the padlock on the payment page, make sure the URL starts with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. The extra ‘s’ shows you the page is secure.
Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Your card details are passed on to Sage Pay to process the payment.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes all our prices shown include VAT and are in £ sterling. All payments are taken in GBP. If the order is delivered to an address outside the EU/UK VAT will be automatically deducted from the order before you get to the payment is complete.

We never have or ever will test our products on animals, our skincare range was tested on very excited gay men and less willing straight men.
