Standard delivery to most UK post codes takes two to three working days including Saturdays
All parcels will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class to sign for. Once your order has been despatched you will received a confirmation email with the tracking no. for Royal Mail to track your order
For the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles please allow up to six working days for standard delivery – and for Shetland and Orkney up to ten working days. Unfortunately standard delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Unfortunately our next day delivery service is not available to the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles, Oban, Aberdeen, Inverness, Shetland, Orkney, the Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
Delivery to multiple addresses
Unfortunately delivery to multiple addresses is not available.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipment charges.
In case the buyer rejects the item due to TAX / DUTY charges issue, we will charge the buyer back for ALL charges including both in & out shipping charges and the TAX / DUTY amount. We will reduce above charges and costs directly at the time we refund to you.
Most of our products are available for International delivery but some exclusions do apply.

All payments are in British pounds sterling. We will remove UK taxes and calculate local taxes and charges for you so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives.
We accept all major International credit cards.
It is the policy of avaj to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt to obtain a full refund the item(s) must be unworn and in original packaging you received the item(s) in. Should you wish to return your items after 14 days but before 28 days of receiving your order we are more than happy to exchange your items.
